NetGain Business Improvement Specialists, was founded by principle specialist, Brett Craft in 2006.
Prior to 2006, Brett worked on both the client side as Director of Sales of Marketing for some of the World’s largest companies and as Account Director in leading Advertising agencies in Sydney and Brisbane. With this gained experience Brett recognised a gap in the small to medium size business market to apply the knowledge that traditionally only large business was able to afford.
Brett felt that just because big business could afford high end expertise didn’t mean the same expertise couldn’t be applied to small and medium size business tailored to meet their individual needs and budgets.
